Booking :


Book an appointment for any services online any time - day or night!  We will confirm your appointment via e-mail, or a direct phone call once we review your appointment.  We require a credit card on file in order to hold your appointment.  If you need to contact the salon during regular business hours, dial (713)497-5510, or visit our contact details  page for more information.


NOTE :  Company policy requires a current credit card on file in order to reserve any  appointment.


Consultations:

Consultations are always free.  However, we do require you schedule a consultation appointment.  Most consultations should require 15-30 minutes of allotted time.

Cancellations / No Show / Reschedule / Walk Out:

If 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a $25 service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.  A reschedule on the same day as your scheduled appointment, to a date other  than when the appointment was originally scheduled, constitutes as a cancellation, and a $25 service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.  A walk out on the same day as your scheduled appointment, or anytime during your appointment, constitutes as a cancellation, and a $25 service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 

NOTE :  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service(s) for which you were scheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply.


Returns & Exchanges:

ALL sales for products and services are final.


NOTE :  We do NOT  give cash back for returns.



Exceptions :


All defected merchandise (hairdryers, flat irons, etc.) returned, must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.


NOTE :  Original receipt and packaging is required for returned merchandise.

All hair brushes, facial products, and special order sales are final.




Service Redo(s):


If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, we will gladly address your concerns and try and correct any issues found.  However, any redo service needs to be addressed within 7 (seven) days from the original date that the service(s) were provided.  All service redo(s) are scheduled like a regular appointment, therefore you are required to call and schedule the redo(s) within ONE  week of the original service.  The redo must be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service.  However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the technician is unable to provide the service properly, an exception may be made and the redo(s) may be scheduled with another technician pending management approval.

Service redo(s) are provided at no charge, providing  that the service preformed is the exact same as what was originally purchased and provided.  Any service(s) performed in addition to what was originally provided are billable.

NOTE :  Any service(s) received by salon apprentices are not guaranteed.  Our salon stylists will NOT  provide you with a redo for a salon apprentice service.  You must schedule the redo with the salon apprentice who originally provided you with the service.
